String Academy 2

String Academy 2 provides orchestral instruction and performance opportunities to students who play the violin, viola, cello or string bass. It is a great follow-up for students fresh out of String Academy 1 or Best Strings, or for students with one year of strings experience. The ensemble meets Mondays from 4-5:30pm at Chavez Elementary School and is by Karen Doerfert. The participation fee for String Academy 2 is $300, however, assistance with participation fees is available. 

There is no audition required for String Academy 2. You do not have to have taken String Academy 1 to be a part of String Academy 2. Those interested in being a part of String Academy 2 can call 541-484-0473 to request a regestration packet or can download the packet by clicking the link below.
